Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach in developing a comprehensive baseball program that aligns with Providence Hall High School goals.
• Support planning and facilitating regular team meetings and practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to athletes on performances.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive team environment encouraging physical, mental, social, and emotional development.
• Uphold high standards of sportsmanship and conduct following UHSAA rules.
• Collaborate with administration, staff, athletes, parents, and the community to promote the program.
• Assist in management of team materials and purchasing protocols.
• Attend and supervise students at school-sponsored events, including travel.
• Take precautions to protect athletes, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
