JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer to serve Morrisville Middle/High School in Morrisville, PA. You will provide certified AT services in accordance with PA licensure, board standards, and ethical guidelines, while coordinating care for student-athletes and acting as a liaison with school staff.

You’ll lead an athletic training program, maintain compliance with CEU requirements, manage supplies, and collaborate with PT teams and physicians.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training (CAATE Approved program) and completion of the BOC certification.
• Maintain the BOC-required 50 CEUs per certification period (every two years).
• Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as an Athletic Trainer
• Current BLS certification
• Maintain Personal Liability Insurance
• Flexibility and adaptability to fluid situations

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain an athletic training program for the contracted JAG Athletic Training organization.
• Support a site-specific athletic training room with updated policies and procedures.
• Provide AT services for athletic events and competition.
• Monitor environmental risks to ensure a safe playing environment.
• Manage medical and risk aspects for all athletes, including preventive care and emergency care.
• Document injury and treatment records in line with policy and licensure standards.
• Provide in-services and educational programs to schools, coaches, athletes, and communities.
• Collaborate with other JAG professionals in related services.
• Communicate with supervising physician and adapt procedures as required.
• Assist with administrative duties and growth projects when not at outreach locations.
• Support marketing efforts and departmental improvement initiatives.
• Oversee AT supplies and maintain inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned
