Banner Physical Therapy in Avondale, AZ is seeking a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to care for student athletes contracted with Tolleson Union High School. The role focuses on rehabilitation and preventative care for high school sports injuries.

You will design and implement targeted therapeutic programs, assess injuries, and manage on-site emergencies while coordinating access to healthcare. A full-time schedule with opportunities for growth is offered, including well-being

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Athletic Training or equivalent.
• NATA-BOC Certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Licensed or eligible to practice in AZ where required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
• Assess injuries and determine need for continuation of care or referral.
• Manage on-site emergency procedures and coordinate EMS when needed.
• Promote athletic health and safety through outreach and education.
• Collaborate with schools to coordinate access to health care for student athletes.
