Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in athletic training from an accredited program.
• Pass the BOC exam and maintain continuing education requirements.
• Licensed to practice in Maine and work with physicians within state practice act.

Responsibilities

• Provide game coverage for home games and coordinate with Athletic Director.
• Meet four days a week for two hours at schools to treat athletes and consult with the Athletic Director.
• Provide professional development for coaches prior to each season (conditioning, nutrition, first-responders).
• Communicate regularly with coaches, Athletic Director, and school staff about athlete care.
• Assist with off-season and in-season training programs and conditioning.
