Young World Physical Education is seeking a High School Assistant Baseball Coach for the 2025/2026 school year. The position requires a four-year college degree or at least two years of experience as an approved assistant coach.

Candidates must possess a professional teacher's certificate or have completed the NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course and have comprehensive training in CPR/AED and Sports First Aid. A background check and Board of Education approval are also required.

Job Description

• Four‑Year College Degree or serving as an approved assistant coach for a minimum of two school years.
• A professional teacher's certificate or NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course (online) passed prior to coaching.
• Successful completion of a Sports First Aid course, renewable every two years.
• Successful completion of CPR/AED training, renewable every two years.
• Background check including sex‑offender registry clearance.
• Board of Education approval.
• Successful completion of Concussion in Sports Course yearly.
• Successful completion of MSHSAA Sport‑Specific Online Rules Review each season.
