• Enrich or modify lessons and materials to meet individual student needs.
• Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Review student progress via assessments and maintain records.
• Communicate with parents and students on progress.
• Collaborate with grade level and support teachers to plan instruction.
• Coordinate with assistants and specialists to discuss modifications.
• Assign work and provide regular feedback.
• Participate in building and District committees and staff development.
