Caddo Hills Schools - Caddo Academy (Grades 7-12)

Caddo Hills Schools is now accepting applications for the position of Agriculture Teacher serving students in grades 7-12 at Caddo Academy.

Caddo Academy is a district conversion charter high school committed to ensuring every student graduates Life-Ready. Our Career & Technical Education programs are central to that mission, providing students with real-world skills, industry exposure, and workforce readiness.

This position includes two Programs of Study:

• Animal Science
• Power, Structures, and Metals

A major focus of this role will be developing strong community and industry partnerships that build a sustainable pipeline aligned to regional workforce needs. We are seeking a candidate who understands the value of hands-on learning, industry credentialing, and real-world application.
