Security Clearance: Secret (must be eligible at time of award andmaintainthroughout performance)
Salary Range: $73,000 to $76,000
Travel: Required. Frequent CONUS travel to military ranges and waterways in VA, NC, RI, FL, and other locations in support of high-risk maritime training evolutions; multi-week travel blocks common depending on training schedule.
Vectrona is seeking a Maritime-Qualified High-Risk Training Instructor (HRTI) to support MESG-2 Training Evaluation Unit (TEU) in executing live-fire, underway, and field training in support of Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF) deployment certification requirements.
This role supports high-risk maritime evolutions involving maneuvering craft, crew-served weapons employment, and coastal security operations. Instructorsoperatein dynamic, high-tempo environments requiring disciplined safety enforcement, deep operational credibility, and the ability to flex across concurrent training evolutions without degrading safety or instructional quality.
