Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred and additional life support credentials or clinical specialty certifications may be required in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
• Manages patient care for an assigned group of patients following Northside Hospital philosophy and policies.
• Demonstrates collaboration, communication, coordination, integration, and empowerment in daily practice.
