Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a High Risk Perinatal RN to coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in a high-acuity setting. You will work with physicians and the care team to advocate for patients and families, following established nursing models to ensure high-quality outcomes.

As a trusted team member, you will support the organization’s mission and values while maintaining compliance with state and specialty standards in a dynamic perinatal environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required within 30 days of start
• Fetal Monitoring certification required within 4 months of start
• Neonate Resuscitation certification required within 90 days
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Education: Bachelor's Degree / RN Diploma / Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days

Job Summary And Qualifications

The High Risk Perinatal Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the High Risk Perinatal RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The High Risk Perinatal RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring must be obtained within 4 months of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
