As the High-Risk Channel Partner Manager, you will play a key role in our financial innovation. We provide cutting-edge FinTech solutions that streamline operations and foster growth. You will guide high-risk clients through complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand our high-risk merchant account channel.
  • Identify, engage, and onboard high-risk merchant partners using your network and expertise.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership contracts for strategic and long-term success.
  • Support and manage high-risk partners to optimize success and profitability.
  • Monitor and improve partner performance with tailored strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts between partners and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in high-risk account management.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 + Profit Sharing
  • Profit Sharing Bonus: Earn 10% of Net Revenue in Year 1, reducing to 6% in Year 2, and 3% in Year 3, with a cap of $250,000.
  • Relocation Bonus: $5,000 increase in base salary plus a first-year move bonus.
