Job summary

Starling Physicians in New Britain, CT seeks a Board‑Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for our High Risk Department. You will manage complex, high‑risk patients and collaborate with care management to improve outcomes and optimize resource use. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends; four‑day week option may be available.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before practicing.
• DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-risk patients with multiple chronic diseases.
• Collaborate with Starling physicians and care management staff to assess and coordinate care.
• Contribute to quality metrics, patient experience, and cost utilization improvements.
