Qualifications

• Speak and understand English.
• Read simple direction.
• Ability to demonstrate skill in reading and following directions.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain cleaning or maintenance requests from automated system, daily sheet, or verbal direction.
• Perform cleaning duties and other tasks such as moving furniture to service customers.
• Follow departmental processes to complete duties and monitor statistics.
• Complete paperwork to monitor departmental metrics.
• Follow directions and proper usage of equipment, keeping it clean.
• Notify area through work orders to keep equipment and items stocked.
• Keep carts and areas stocked to operating levels, including linen distribution.
• Be willing to perform other duties to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Provide high level of customer service to patients and all customers within OhioHealth.
