Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and extensive EKG certifications preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, participating in professional development.
• Develop individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients.
• Use critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Maintain communication across care continuum and ensure a safe working environment, as the position is safety-sensitive.
