Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit. You will assess and plan nursing care, educate patients and families on illness management, and ensure safety across the care team.

Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, evaluating physical and psychosocial needs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality cardiac care in a specialized hospital setting.

Qualifications

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred; 2+ years for advanced roles.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work safely and stay alert in a clinical setting.
