You will support Central Wisconsin Window Cleaning and travel within Milwaukee and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year of relative experience rappelling high-rise buildings.
• 1+ year of stage setup or willingness to train.
• 1+ year of operating aerial lifts or willingness to be trained.
• Reliable transportation to/from work and sites.
• Willing to travel within Milwaukee and surrounding area.
• Clean-cut appearance and ability to follow dress code.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and scale ladders 5–40 ft.

Responsibilities

• Clean windows and glass surfaces with non-abrasive tools.
• Rappel high-rise buildings via rope descent or operate stage/scaffold access.
• Communicate with site contact before, during, and after work; obtain customer endorsement.
• Complete work in a timely manner per specifications and client requirements.
• Transport and set up high-rise equipment; breakdown after job.
• Clean up after each job to leave no residue or dirt.
• Maintain company vehicle and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Attend safety meetings.
