Job summary

Manatal in Culver City, CA is seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians for long-term, high-rise commercial construction projects. You will specialize in structured cabling, fiber or copper terminations, and finish work on premium interiors.

Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and service of low voltage infrastructure in office towers and mixed-use developments; reading prints, building out racks and IDF/MDF closets; and documenting work daily.

Qualifications

1+ year of structured cabling or low voltage experience (training available)
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts
Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
40+ hours per week availability

Responsibilities

Install, terminate, and test fiber and copper cabling in new high-rise construction
Tenant improvements and troubleshooting of cabling systems
Install racks, patch panels, wireless access points, and network hardware
Build IDF/MDF closets and pathways with j-hooks, ladder racks, and innerduct
Ensure cabling is labeled, organized, and compliant with NEC/ANSI/TIA and site standards
Interpret blueprints and submittals to plan cable pathways and device locations
Complete timesheets, daily reports, and test results
