Valcourt Group is seeking a Window Cleaning Technician to perform exterior window cleaning and pressure washing for commercial properties in Pittsburgh. You will use brushes, squeegees, extension poles, and high-pressure equipment to deliver streak-free finishes while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior windows using brushes, sponges, cloths, and professional-grade cleaning solutions.
• Remove water and residue from glass surfaces with squeegees and drying cloths for a streak-free finish.
• Operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors and surfaces.
• Safely access windows using rope descent systems, scaffolding, ladders, or extension poles.
• Reach windows up to 500 feet using rope systems or scaffolding when required.
• Use and maneuver extension poles to clean upper-floor windows from the ground.
• Set up, position, and climb ladders to access second- and third-story windows.
• Handle and transport cleaning solutions, including mildly abrasive chemicals.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working at heights and with equipment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools are stored safely.
