Job summary

Onni Group in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to prepare project labor schedules and budgets, coordinate consultants and engineers, and help lead initiatives to meet profit and growth goals on residential high-rise projects.

You will assist in pre-construction and construction coordination, track schedules, support bid/tender processes, manage subcontractor invoices and change orders, and help maintain cost data while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Engineer experience in construction.
• Experience in ground up high-rise construction.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret prints and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in initiation, planning, design, execution, and closure of residential high-rise projects.
• Develops, tracks, and maintains project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinates with site staff, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepares subcontract documents and manages change orders.
• Maintains project documentation, safety plans, and punch lists.
