Job summary

Pyramid Semiconductor, part of the HEICO Corporation, is seeking an Electrical Test and Product Engineer to own test program development for our semiconductor products and to bridge design and manufacturing. You will support the operations team by resolving test issues, performing failure analysis, and ensuring products meet high reliability standards through robust characterization and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing test programs for semiconductor products.
• Strong analytical skills for failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and update functional and parametric test programs for memories, logic, and microprocessors using Cohu DxV and other ATE.
• Define test strategies in collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Sales & Marketing for new products.
• Write and maintain test procedures, electrical test specs, and characterization reports.
