Job summary

Impact Workforce Solutions in Fort Mill, SC is hiring a High Reach Operator to support inventory management and distribution to production cells. Forklift operation is required, with preference for High Reach/Reach Truck experience.

Qualifications

• Experience operating high reach/reach trucks (Raymond or Crown preferred).
• Ability to locate and transact items in the warehouse using the system.
• Maintain accurate records of picking/receiving and report discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Reach Truck/High Reach equipment to move inventory.
• Locate items by part number and process transactions in the warehouse.
• Maintain clear aisles and organize material put-away areas.
• Support inbound/outbound freight and space planning with equipment.
• Count cycle counts and adjust quantities for accuracy.
