Responsibilities

About the RoleWe’re growing our warehouse team in Ontario, CA and need a skilled high-reach operator who thrives at heights and loves precision. As our High-Reach Order Selector, you’ll navigate a cherry picker/order picker to find, pick, and stage products so every shipment leaves right and on time.A Day in the LifeYou start your shift with a quick equipment walk-around, reviewing your pick list and safety checks. From there, you’ll head to the aisles, elevating on a cherry picker to retrieve items, scanning and verifying each product before transporting it to staging. Throughout the day, you’ll balance speed with accuracy, keep your area tidy, and collaborate with teammates to keep orders flowing. You’ll also help with cycle counts, spot discrepancies, and take part in short training huddles to sharpen your skills.
