Action Resource Management in Ontario, CA is looking for a High-Reach Order Selector to join our warehouse team. You will operate cherry picker and order picker equipment to locate, pick, and stage products with precision, ensuring orders ship on time.

You’ll perform routine safety and equipment checks, assist with cycle counts, and collaborate with leads to improve flow. The role demands strong attention to detail, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a team-first mindset.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-on experience operating cherry picker/order picker equipment in a warehouse.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or license is a plus.

Mansioni

• Operate cherry picker and order picker forklifts to locate, retrieve, and move products safely and accurately.
• Assemble and prepare customer orders for shipment with strong attention to quality and detail.
• Keep aisles and work zones clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
• Support inventory control through regular counts and prompt reporting of variances.
• Coordinate with leads and peers to streamline workflow and solve problems on the fly.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs immediately.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve technique, safety, and product knowledge.
