Job summary

PeopleShare is partnering with a leading company in Easton, PA to hire High-Reach Operators for a full-time role. You will operate high reach forklifts to move, store, and retrieve inventory from overhead racks and support loading, receiving, and inventory control.

The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a pay rate of $18 per hour. This position is full-time and Temp-to-Hire, offering stable hours in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High-Reach and Stand-Up forklift experience.
• 1–2 years warehouse/logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operated high reach forklifts to move, store, and retrieve inventory from overhead racks.
• Loaded/unloaded shipments and transported materials throughout the warehouse.
• Used RF scanners to perform inventory tracking, order picking, and stock replenishment.
• Conducted equipment inspections and followed all safety procedures.
• Supported receiving, shipping, and inventory control operations in a fast-paced environment.
