Job summary

Thyssenkrupp in Wisconsin is seeking a warehouse associate to move raw materials, finished goods, and equipment on the shop floor using a forklift. You may also operate cranes, hoists, and hand trucks, performing general warehouse tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include stocking, picking, packing orders, loading trucks, cycle counts, quality checks, and maintaining safety, ISO, and 6S initiatives. The role is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years warehousing experience, especially in metals.
• History of dependable attendance.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs for 100 ft.
• Able to read, write and do basic math.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must sit long periods and perform bending/reaching motions.
• Safety mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately remove and stock product and supplies per inventory plan.
• Select product to fill customer orders and package properly.
• Load and unload trucks and verify items.
• Pick, process and pack orders; cut orders on Kaltenbach saw if needed.
• Perform cycle counts and identify defective material.
• Complete paperwork per work instructions when required.
• Inspect forklift at start of shift and report issues.
• Support health, safety, ISO and 6S initiatives.
• Train others when required.
