Job summary

The Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. Seabrook, NJ location is seeking an Operator, Forklift II High Reach to manage high-reach forklift operations and inventory movement.

You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to load, unload, and reposition goods using QAD/RF systems, while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include Forklift I/II certification, at least 3 years PIT experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete Lassonde Pappas Forklift I and II certification.
• 3 years of PIT experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience in all PIT equipment.
• Strong safety record with no PIT safety incidents in 5 years.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented; ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-reach forklift to pick, put away, and replenish products.
• Perform daily equipment inspections for high-reach forklifts.
• Use RF scanning to confirm bin locations and inventory placement.
• Maintain load stability and follow height clearance rules.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits in high rack locations.
• Transfer product from reserve to ground-level slots for replenishment.
• Ensure proper load configuration prior to lifting.
• Navigate narrow aisles and restricted spaces safely.
• Communicate inventory locations and access constraints with the team.
• Complete Train the Trainer certification and train team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of high-reach storage zones.
