Job summary

Lineage is seeking a dependable forklift operator to join our Hobart, IN warehouse. You will use a stand‑up reach forklift to move products safely.

Responsibilities include putting away pallets, picking items for outbound shipments, logging weights with RF, and daily equipment checks. Must lift 40 lbs and work flexible shifts in a noisy environment. We offer a stable work environment with training opportunities and a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Able to follow instructions in English.
• Capable of working in cold or dry storage temperatures.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Willing to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Comfortable working in loud environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach forklift to move products and equipment.
• Put away palletized units into high racks.
• Pick palletized units for outbound shipments.
• Record materials, weights, and counts via RF system.
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain equipment.
