Qualifications

• 2–3 years of receiving experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• 2–3 years of forklift experience required.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders (POs) and receiving processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the hands-on daily oversight of the receiving process.
• Unload incoming shipments and verify received products.
• Break down shipments and organize inventory.
• Complete system receiving functions accurately.
• Put inventory away in designated warehouse locations.
• Compile and communicate receiving discrepancy reports.
• Work closely with warehouse team members to maintain efficient operations.
• Utilize MS Office applications for receiving documentation and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy when reviewing and processing purchase orders (POs).
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
