Job summary

VSSI Staffing Services, LLC in Dallas is hiring an experienced High-Reach Forklift Operator for a busy warehouse. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with overtime available as needed and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will transport, store, and retrieve palletized products, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow all safety procedures. The role requires familiarity with high-rack storage and RF scanning, and a strong work ethic to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of reach truck experience preferred.
• Experience with high-rack storage systems.
• RF scanner and inventory-handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Dependable attendance and able to work until daily production is completed.
• overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to store and retrieve products from high warehouse racks.
• Complete put-away, replenishment, stacking, and order-picking tasks.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport pallets throughout the facility.
• Use RF scanner to confirm product locations and inventory movements.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and storage locations for accuracy.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse procedures and meet daily productivity expectations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and obstruction-free work areas.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
