Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Dallas, TX. This temp-to-hire role requires operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload trailers, and support inventory processes in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a basic math assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stage, and transport materials.
• Load and unload trailers following site safety procedures.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Utilize RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and maintain records.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to ensure timely orders.
