Job summary

Sirna & Sons Produce in Ohio is seeking a warehouse forklift operator to replenish products, move inventory, and ensure accurate handling in a cold warehouse. You will use a high-reach forklift and RF scanner, follow safety rules, and assist with inventory counts.

Applicants need a HS diploma or GED, English proficiency, and at least 1 year of forklift/warehouse experience, preferably with a WMS. Compensation starts at $20/hour with benefits and a weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Read, speak and write English proficiency required.
• At least 1 year of forklift/warehouse experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high-reach forklift to replenish products and move inventory.
• Move product from reserve storage locations to picking locations.
• Safely maneuver forklift in warehouse aisles and storage areas.
• Use RF scanner to verify product numbers, quantities, and pallet locations.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization.
• Follow OSHA and Food Safety regulations and company policies.
