Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a High Reach Operator in Carlisle, PA on a contract-to-hire basis. Shifts include 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am) at $21/hr and 3rd shift (8:30pm–7:00am) at $22/hr. This onsite role focuses on operating a stand-up Crown forklift to pick and move orders in a climate-controlled warehouse.

The position requires 6 months to 1 year of stand-up forklift experience, reliable order picking, and adherence to safety protocols. Training on a day shift may be provided initially.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of stand-up forklift experience minimum.
• Proven ability to operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and confidently.
• Experience with order picking in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and efficiently to pick and move orders throughout the warehouse.
• Use Crown stand-up forklifts to complete daily tasks, following all equipment and safety procedures.
• Pick orders accurately and at a pace that meets or exceeds supervisor quotas.
• Work off the forklift to perform manual order picking, loading, unloading and related tasks.
