Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is seeking a High-Reach Forklift Operator for our Niles, IL facility. This role requires navigating a reach truck to move and store materials in a cold environment, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

The position is 1st shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, with weekly pay and a starting rate of $22–$23 per hour. Candidates should have at least 2 years of reach truck experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on reach truck experience.
• Reliable attendance and a consistent work record.
• Comfort working in a cooler environment.
• Ability to lift and pick individual cases up to 50 lbs.
• Sharp focus on safety and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Operate reach truck safely to move, store, and retrieve materials across the warehouse.
• Pick individual cases and full pallets with accuracy.
• Load and unload product; stage and slot inventory as assigned.
• Support warehouse and production needs to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain food safety and general warehouse safety procedures; keep aisles and work areas clean.
