Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Forklift Operator in Tracy, CA. The role starts with training on the 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM shift and continues on the same schedule after training, with contract-to-hire potential and overtime on weekends as needed.

The position is onsite in Tracy and requires experience with stand-up high reach forklifts. Responsibilities include order picking, load/unload, inventory movement, and keeping a safe, efficient warehouse environment with RF scanning and trailer forecasting support.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up high reach and sit-down forklifts.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in speaking, writing, and communicating in English.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Stand Up/High Reach Forklift Operator, where you'll begin with training on the first shift from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Following training, you'll continue on the same shift. This role offers contract-to-hire opportunities and requires flexibility for overtime and Saturdays as needed. The position is based in Tracy, CA.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tracy, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
