Lineage in Wilmington, IL is seeking a forklift operator for the 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) and mid shift (11am - 7:30pm). The role involves operating a high reach forklift in a fast-paced environment, following safety standards, and ensuring accurate picking of products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-rack environments, a strong attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic. Pay is $22 an hour, plus a shift differential.

• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain battery charging procedures.

Job description

2nd shift - 3pm - 11:30pm - Monday to Friday. Mid Shift - 11am - 7:30pm - Monday to Friday. Pay - $22 an hour + .75 shift differential.

Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to pick palletized units from elevated rack locations
• Perform accurate case picking and stage product for outbound shipment
• Put away palletized product into racks above floor height
• Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices
• Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
