Job summary

Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Lounge Bartender in Raleigh. You will set up and break down the bar, take guest orders, and craft cocktails per Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.

Must follow card policies, complete opening/closing duties, manage glassware, stock ice, and maintain area cleanliness throughout shifts. Experience preferred; training and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage standards and cocktail making.
• Ability to follow credit card policies and cash handling rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Break down bar, lock liquor, store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests and servers in order.
• Prepare cocktails using standard recipes and jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures and policies.
• Complete opening and closing duties per checklist.
• Check and replace glassware as needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all stations.
• Clean floors at end of shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans when needed.
• Manage soda and juice inventory and rotation.
• Stock and replenish beer bottles and kegs when necessary.

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender!

Responsibilities:

• Set up bar.
• Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures. No cash tabs.
• Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist.
• Check and replace glassware where needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
• Clean floors in area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
• Be responsible for the inventory of the soda and juices and their rotation of stock.
• Stock and replenish beer in bottles and kegs when necessary.
