Responsibilities

• Perform high-level rack work, placing and retrieving palletized goods from multiple rack levels using the forklift's full lifting capacity.
• Execute just-in-time replenishment of inventory to picking lanes to ensure zero downtime for order fulfillment teams.
• Use RF scanning technology with forklift operation to verify and log pallet movements and storage locations.
• Safely stage outbound shipments and manage inbound receiving loads, optimizing dock space usage.
• Operate at required production speeds while adhering to load capacity and stability guidelines.
