Job Description:
Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams. Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in creating and delivering technology solutions aligned with customers’ business needs. As a trusted advisor, create and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of leading-edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge. Contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by sharing technical knowledge and methodologies based on customer project experiences. Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external clients. Ensure consistent chargeability levels or expense relief for internal teams, and assist in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Support organization profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and assisting in deal proposal development.
Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainably. Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and serve as a subject matter expert. Provide expertise and partnership to project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercise significant independent judgment to determine the best methods for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring.
