Job Description:

Job Family: Provide technology consulting, support, and leadership in creating solutions tailored to customer needs. Build and maintain customer relationships, stay updated on industry technologies, contribute to solution portfolios, and support revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Management Level: Impacting technical components, applying advanced knowledge, providing expertise, exercising judgment, and mentoring teams.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship required
• On-site at customer location daily
• TS Security Clearance required

Benefits: Eligible for a $20,000 bonus after one year of service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining HPC system health
• Responding to client tickets and support cases
• Managing system security, upgrades, hardware repairs, and installation activities
• Maintaining SLA reports and on-call support

Knowledge and Skills:

• Extensive technical knowledge in HPC, innovative and communicative skills, leadership experience, and vendor certifications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with management

Education and Experience:

• 8+ years of professional experience and a relevant degree, or 11+ years without a degree
• CompTIA Security+ and Linux+ Certifications
• TS Clearance
