Responsibilities

• Build and grow a personal lines book through new business.
• Prospect and close new business via outbound campaigns.
• Develop relationships with high-net-worth clients and COIs.
• Use Salesforce to track activity and manage pipeline.
• Maintain a consistent outbound outreach weekly.
• Represent the firm through networking and prospecting.
• Leverage existing relationships for referrals.
• Focus on sales while internal teams provide access.
