RevCats in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal for a full-time, direct-hire position in Uptown Charlotte. Regular in-person attendance is required.

The role involves administering estates and trusts, preparing complex federal estate and gift tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, drafting probate and estate planning documents, and coordinating client meetings with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Strong substantive understanding of estate/trust legal documentation, written and verbal communication, organization and independent matter management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and independence to manage multiple matters

Responsibilities

• Administer estates and trusts; prepare complex federal estate and gift tax returns for high-net-worth individuals; draft probate documents, estate accountings, estate planning documents, estate filings and other court documents.
• Review, proofread, revise and organize estate/trust administration documentation.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, contribute analysis to matter strategy and manage multiple outstanding matters independently.
• Follow applicable Rules of Professional Conduct and maintain confidentiality.
