Delaware Eye Institute (https://www.delawareeye.com) has a unique opportunity for a Medical Ophthalmologist to inherit the patient base of a Medical (Non-Surgical) Ophthalmologist in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Join a highly respected multispecialty integrated 10 MD/OD ophthalmic practice that includes advanced technology cataract surgeons, a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist, three retina surgeons, and providers in medical ophthalmology, optometry, primary eye care, and optical services. Our facilities feature a spacious free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, an onsite ASC, and state-of-the-art equipment.

We offer a highly competitive base salary with top-tier upside potential through quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections.
