High Scale is seeking a UGC Content Creator in Los Angeles to produce authentic, high-performing video content for beauty, lifestyle, fashion and DTC brands. You’ll film unscripted clips, tailor delivery to each brand voice, and work within a fast, data-driven studio setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of short-form content experience, a strong on-camera presence, and a knack for spotting trends. This full-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities in a dynamic agency

Qualifications

• 1–3 years creating TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts professionally or independently.
• Experience with UGC or short-form content and trend-driven storytelling.
• Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines and deliver authentic on-camera performances.

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing UGC videos across social platforms.
• Follow scripts, briefs and creative direction from producers.
• Bring creative hooks, trends, and POVs for A/B testing.
• Shoot clear, high-quality footage using mobile devices and basic editing.
• Work with speed and reliability in a fast-moving production pipeline.
