Job summary

Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett, TN is seeking experienced dealership Service Advisors with high CSI to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process and advise on service options and costs. You will promote specials, ensure exceptional customer service, and help resolve inquiries while maintaining strong CSI scores.

We offer $50,000 to $80,000+ income with salary plus commissions and bonuses, plus benefits including 401(k), medical, dental and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Dependable, pleasant, energetic, and conscientious.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair/maintenance, greet customers when they arrive, offer additional services and special promotions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and drive revenue growth within our service department.
• Maintain high CSI scores.
