Job summary

REACH Medical Holdings' HAA Pilot full-time position offers a competitive salary of $124,263-$136,689 with a 40% geographic modifier. A $15,000 sign-on bonus applies, plus a retention plan of $40,000 after three years and additional retention bonuses.

A $5,000 SPIFR stipend is provided, along with on-duty housing and a 7/7 schedule. Responsibilities include transporting customers with a team of medical experts, ensuring aircraft readiness per manuals and FAR/REACH rules, maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Must hold a Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Must hold FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Total flight hours: 2,000.
• 2,000 helicopter hours and 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• Night flight hours: 200 minimum.
• Instrument time: 100 hours minimum.
• Weight limit 230 pounds with gear.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness per manuals, FAR and REACH requirements.
• Maintain REACH documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information per protocol for REACH change board details.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
