Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed profitability goals.
• Oversee inventory controls: ordering, receiving, cycle counts, shrink.
• Monitor financial procedures: invoice verification, cash handling, deposits, reconciliation.
• Produce and analyze daily, weekly, monthly sales, labor, inventory, and loss-prevention reports.
• Adjust scheduling to align labor costs with sales forecasts and needs.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings; recruit, hire, onboard, and develop staff.
• Promote brand standards and promotions; manage store communications and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, alcohol service, and labor regulations.
