Job summary

David’s Bridal Naperville is seeking an experienced store management professional to build a high performing team and deliver world class customer service. You will lead daily operations, coach associates, manage scheduling, and drive sales to meet plan.

The role requires 2–4 years retail management in apparel, a high school diploma or higher, and experience with a computerized POS system. Full-time schedule includes weekends, with generous benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or degree.
• Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior experience with a computerized POS system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model a customer-first culture across all roles.
• Manage shifts, review results, and coach for a five-star experience.
• Coach and train to improve selling skills and processes.
• Monitor payroll to stay within budget and review timesheets.
• Drive store to meet Total Monthly Income goals with excellence.
• Oversee inventory, special orders, receiving, layaway, and repairs.
