Job summary

Emerald Blue seeks a Project Manager to lead scope, schedule, budget, and risk on client projects from planning through closeout. You will be the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and vendors, guiding planning, cost estimates, and labor quotes while ensuring on-time delivery and profitability.

You will coordinate trades, track progress, surface risks early, and communicate decisions clearly to maintain a high-quality client experience and strong margins across projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in construction, commercial interiors, FF&E, facilities, architectural, AV/signage/flooring, or similar project-based environment
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of financial drivers and budget management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to travel locally; occasional overnight/out-of-state travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and risk management for projects; act as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure alignment across all project phases—from design validation to site readiness, installation, and closeout
• Develop labor quotes and operational plans; manage vendor performance to meet budget and timeline
• Review plans to identify site risks and pre-installation needs; schedule pre-install meetings and communicate requirements clearly
• Lead punch list walkthroughs, secure client sign-off, and document lessons learned for improvement
