Job summary

Med-Trans Corporation, part of Global Medical Response, seeks a HAA Pilot for a full-time position in Texas. You will operate medical air transports, ensuring safety, aircraft readiness, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with dispatch and flight crews to move patients promptly.

Required credentials include rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and FAA Class II Medical Certificate, plus substantial flight hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000+.
• Helicopter hours: 1,500+; PIC hours: 1,000+.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours required.
• 200 helicopter night hours required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches and comply with manuals and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following protocol for the change board.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
