Job summary

Global Medical Response is looking for a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. This full-time role emphasizes safety and mission impact. You will operate with a team of medical experts, ensure aircraft readiness and regulatory compliance, and maintain records.

Shift handoffs and ongoing training are essential. The position offers substantial earning potential, including a total pay possibility up to $220,000 with bonuses and housing support,

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• FAA Class II medical certificate.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 1,500 helicopter hours.
• Minimum 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• Minimum 1,000 turbine helicopter hours.
• Minimum 200 helicopter night flight hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a medical team safely to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot per Med-Trans change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
